Getting it to you

We generally ship all items within 3-5 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order. We ship through U.S. Postal Service, and packages can be tracked through their website. Requests for use of a courier service or overnight shipping cannot be processed on this website; however, we generally can accommodate these requests. Returns & Refunds

 

We understand that you may need to return a product. Should you feel the need to do so, you have fifteen days from the date of receipt to initiate process. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. To complete your return, please email us at info@smoovibes.com

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
